1 Thessalonians 5:12-28; Lord's Day 45 Q&A 116 -- Why Christians Pray?
Rev. Richard Bodini - February 4, 2018
At the congregational meeting Monday night it was said “We need to pray more.” Yes we need to pray more. We need to be taught and reminded about prayer. The Holy Spirit was quietly at work last August when I come up with this topic during a session at the Inspire gathering. But even more so in November when I put together my preaching schedule. Prayer was appointed this Sunday’s theme. This morning we humbly and joyfully dive into prayer.
Deuteronomy 18:14-22; 2 Timothy 3:10-4:5; Belgic Confession Article 7 -- Why Read the Bible?
Rev. Richard Bodini - February 11, 2018
We all have a Bible… Do you read yours? Why do you read the Bible? What do you learn from it? Do you share what you learn with others? Do you love this book?
John 12:1-11 -- Anointing... Offering Your Very Best
Rev. Richard Bodini - February 25, 2018
This is a full picture story. It occurs in all of the gospels. Each a little different in the information that it provides... the host, the speakers, the questioners, the teaching. The constant is Jesus’ being anointed by the woman... by Mary.
